Shipping policy

Pre-orders will ship between 3 - 4 weeks after order but live products will ship in at least 5 business days.

If you are buying in-stock + pre-stock items together we will wait to ship your order until we have your pre-stock items in-house. We are working on making this process well under 3 weeks but please know that is why we give ourselves up to 4 weeks to make sure we're always on time!

Delivery times will vary between 3-7 business days and you can upgrade to 2-day shipping if needed.
